Short-tailed Field Vole

This little fellow was not going to miss out on the free food.Was a little cautious to start with but soon got brave enough to venture out and fill himself

Hi,
great pics Mick and Kath. The little vole is a Short-tailed Field Vole. Water Voles are much bigger.Hence there common misnoma "water rat".
