Hen Harrier


We were watching some Juvenile Yellow Wagtails when out of the blue from the right of the Hide came this Hen Harrier . What more can you want in one day. Great White Egret and then a Hen Harrier.

We heard the call go out for a Great White Egret , came out of caravan to go down to Triangle and saw it just before we got into the car . Cracking sight and for once I had the camera switched on.

Unusual bird seen on the Humber usually with either a Whimbrel or a Curlew.As soon as the Curlew or Whimbrel saw you they all took off together .
